Have upgraded Space from 13.3R4.4 to 14.1R1.9 with the view to going to 14.4R2.9 soon.

We do all the steps that are required in the upgrade process. Towards the end we get a screen that tells me that we are in maintenance mode and that we can log in if we have the correct privileges. This is expaected as we need to log out of maintenance mode in order for Space to start operating normally. We then click on the URL, log into maintenance mode and get the following:

"Other administrator is managing the system in maintenance mode. Since only one administrator is allowed to log into maintenance mode at a time, please wait....."

This is not expected and prevents us from getting out of maintenance mode.

Does anyone have a way that we can get out of maintenance mode, or, at a minimum log the administrator out of the mode. Or will we have to reinstall Space? Or, how can we restart Space to get out of the mode?

We are running a two node Space cluster, both members have upgraded as far as we can tell.

    Thank you all kindly,

    Keith,

There is a file in /var/tmp/ that holds the maintenance lock that needs to be deleted, it something like "jmp-maint". I have ran into this before and this has resolved that issue.

    Thanks,
