MTBF for STRM series

Can anyone tell me the MTBF values for STRM500/2500/5000/5000 NEBS, please?

 

They are nowhere in the datasheets and I can't find them anywhere else from my resources.

Can I get help?

Is this the turn-around time once the ysstem fails?

I like to know the general time duration from when you start up the system untill it fails to operate hardware-wise.
