  • 1.  MX FPC strange logs

    Hello All,

    Can anyone help me to understand this logs on MX480. I have problems with two interfaces on DPCE 20x 1GE + 2x 10GE R EQ, on PIC0. And I have this logs. Maybe anyone already know the meaning?

     

    fpc3 PQ3_IIC(WR): no target ack on byte 0 (wait spins 3)
    fpc3 PQ3_IIC(WR): I/O error (i2c_stat=0xa3, i2c_ctl[1]=0xb0, bus_addr=0x51)
    fpc3 PQ3_IIC(WR): no target ack on byte 0 (wait spins 3)
    fpc3 PQ3_IIC(WR): I/O error (i2c_stat=0xa3, i2c_ctl[1]=0xb0, bus_addr=0x51)

    Hi,

     

    What is the release version of the user?

     

    have you issued the "show chassis alarms" ?
