NSM 2007 installation error

I get failed error message during the installation.What was the reason of this ?

 

Extracting payload........................................../usr/bin/tail: cannot open `+10989' for reading: No such file or directory
FAILED

Have you got some non empty output of

 

which sed

which tail?
