    Can anyone help with the above please, I am a bit cluless when it comes to NMS Xpress or otherwise.

    I believe this is a known issue when you use the linux package to upgrade instead of using the NSM Appliacne package.

     

    You can download the offline update file from the juniper website and instal the nsmxwui package from there.

    I am having this issue but I can't find the download.
