  • 1.  NSM adding new device - Unable to parse useable OS version

    I've seen this error reported and it's usually because the OS of the NSM needs updating.

     

    I'm trying to add an SA2000 (OS 7.0R1) to an NSM running (2009.1r1)

     

    Is this a compatible configuration?

     

    Exact error is:

     

    We weew unable to parse a usable OS version from the device. The device returned osVersion:ive-sa7.0R1, platform: SA-2000

    Considering that 7.0 just came out and it was not supported in the base 2010 release I would say there is no support for it in 2009.1
