NSM cannot Generate reports

i followed the stpes at KB8318  & it was working fine & i was receving reports on my mail

 

i changed the NSM client password & after that i faced issue at step 5  , please check the attached image

 

any ideas ?

For more explanation :

 

I was following the steps at KB 8318  for generating reports & it was working fine

 

I changed the NSM client password  form GUI client :  Tools Menu ........

 

After that i found the below error  when following the steps at kb8318 :

 

./guiSvrCli.sh --generate-reports --report "global:shared:<report-name>" --script email.sh

 

Cannot open GUI client srever , Invalid username or password

It should have asked me about the username & password as what was happening before

 

I tried to revert back to the old password , but the GUI cleint gives me an error :  password length must be between 9 & 64 characters , i dodnot know how was it accepoted from the begining ?

The error message shows file not found.

 

Instead of starting with ./guiSvrCli.sh, can you specify the complete path.

 

The file is located in the /usr/netscreen/GuiSvr/utils directory.

Yes , i alraedy checked that &  when i'm under the correct directory i can find an error :  invalid username or password &  Cannot open GUI client~~~~~~~~~~~~i explained that above

 

I tried KB15535 but it didnot help
