NSMXpress Backup Strategy

Hi,

 

what's the best way to backup an NSMXpress appliance with all the configs if the customer does not want to use the built in backup (rsyncing to another server), but instead want to connect to the appliance using SFTP and download stuff? What files should be downloaded?

The information you are looking for is documented in the NSM Installation Guide, Chapter 8 "Archiving and Restoring Logs and Configuration Data"
