NSMXpress Password for Maintenance

Hi,

After rebooting manually NSMXpress server, i have the sentence on the console line interface : please perform a check disk and enter the password for maintenance.

Is anyone know this password as i am unable to find it in any documentation.

Hi Pierrick,

shouldn't this password be either the password you entered for the admin user, or alternatively try abc123.

Unfortunately, I have tried to use the admin password and the default password abc123 but is not working...

Hi Pierrick,

can you run through the following

http://kb.juniper.net/KB10036

this should resolve your issue. A powerdown without shutdown may cause some problems , the KB should resolve it without the need for the root / admin password.
