I set up a virtual chassis on a couple of switches unintentionally and didn't assign the proper member as master. Every converted to the new master's settings by default. I see literature on how to restore to factory default settings once you remove the member from the VC. But what is done to the rollback queue once a member is added to a virtual chassis? Does it count as one rollback slot? And everytime there is a change committed would this go in the queue of the member as well if taken out? Or could I just use a rollback 1 and go back to normal? There is nothing critical in this setup that is driving this. I just couldn't find a printed answer to this.

I am not sure I follow the scenario but I think you are saying:
Connected two switches
made configuration changes to create a virtual chassis
Now you want to become two stand alone switches again
I have not done this before. But based on other experiences with the EX, I think you will need to follow the Virtual chassis removal procedure in the kb and not simply rollback and reboot.
