<cpio: MD5 sum mismatch>
It looks like it's trying to extract and install an RPM but as part of the copy it thinks the source RPM is bad. It may give a clearer error in /var/log/setup-7.0.0.164099/qradar_setup.log
We know that everything is wrapped up in STRM2010.iso and I think the pre-tests do check the checksum on the iso file. Just in case though, after copying over STRM2010.iso to the system, do an MD5SUM on that system.
From the Juniper Downloads it should be 9d065d89fa1cd971120fb727fa53a812
Here's what it looks like on one of our system (the same)
# md5sum STRM2010.0.iso
9d065d89fa1cd971120fb727fa53a812 STRM2010.0.iso
If that all looks good, then post here what your current version is including patch level before the upgrade, and the commands you are using to do the upgrade.
