    can someone help how to perform a factory reset for STRM 5000 appliance and how to upgrade using usb flash disk ?

    If you grab the STRM software installation manual you will find exactly what you are looking for. Here is a link to the 2012 code release

    do you know if I can change the licence for one STRM console to be a flow processor and vice versa ?
