  • 1.  STRM upgrade

    Hi.

    I have STRM 2008.3 at my testing lab.

    I will upgrade to 2010.0.

    Can i upgrade directly from

    1) 2008.3 ->2010.0 

    or i need

     2) 2008.3 -> 2009.1(+patch) ->2009.2(+patch) ->2010.0

    Per release notes, you'll have to go to 2010.0 from 2009.2 (patched), and to 2009.2 from 2009.1 (patched).  If you don't have any data you need to save, you could always flatten & reinstall the box using the 2010.0 image in one step.

    Hello,

     

    I would like more information about doing a flat reinstall to 2010.r2. I was upgrading the STRM 500 from 2009.2 (fully patched) to 2010.r2. The upgrade failed and now it is not working. The hostcontext is also not loading, no UI. I don't have the recovery USB either. can you please guide me how to recover to 2010.r2. I am not really worried about the data as this is a new installation.
