Unable to get NSM graphic interface using admin accounts !

Dear All,

After athentication with my user admin account i can't get NSM GUI it is stopping in the step "Loading ressources", however I can get it using the SuperUser.

Config:

OS: RedHat 4,

NSM Version: 2008 1r1

Hi,

it's a known issue downloading the schema files in 2008.1r1, I strongly recommend you an upgrade to 2008.2r2!

Also, remember to copy the new certificate as indicated in the download page...

As a workaround you could delete the .nsm directory in the c:\Documents and Settings\<YourHomeDirectory> and then open the NSM GUI. You should now be able to login.

Hi

please reinstall  your client and try however for goodreinstallation please do

uninstall current version  NSM client

remove all files NSM client programs files .....etc

also remove files on your profile system  win like docuement and setting .......etc 

after that you reinstall you NSM client with thier shema update
