Hello,

Someone please help to solve my issue. I could not run the GUI client probably due to this. Previously  I was on 2010.1r but then I upgraded to 2010.2r which I thought could resolve the problem. But the problem still the same and I can not start the guiSvrManager. FYI, I'm using NSMXpress in HA deployment mode.

I tried the solution from your link and somehow it does solve the HA deployment and now able to launch and manage via the GUI client.

What if you're using a standalone? I'm getting this same error, but we are not using HA....

On the standalone NSM server try to manually start the services as outlined in KB11263.
