Unable to update the configs on firewall after making changes on NSM

Hi,

 

I have updated / modified things in NSM and saved it. When I try to update the changes on the firewalls , I dont see the update option in the NSM. This lasted for about an hour and after that, I was able to updated the configs thre NSM on to the Firewalls. I have two firewalls in one cluster. Appreciate any assitance in understanding what caused this to happen and how can this be fixed.
