Upgrading NSMXpress to 2008/r2

Hi...

 

I tried to upgrade the NSMXpress box from the 2007/r3 to 2008/r2,

 

but I think the system has corrupted.

 

how I can roll back to the factory defult version (2007/r3) and do the upgrade process correctly again.

Hi Anas,

you need to restore the NSMxpress to factory default.

You can follow the procedure described here:
