Hi,
What is the difference between Perpetual and Subscription Licensing?
Do users normally go for Perpetual Licensing?

Assuming you mean SPACE here.
It's just CAPEX vs. OPEX, giving customers another choice through a Juniper SKU.
In my practice, I sell SPACE only for EX today. When I do, I choose perpetual licensing. If customers need OPEX, I finance through our internal financing dept, and give them a monthly cost - actually in that case for the whole deal, switches and management and power/cooling and anything else they might need on the project.
YMMV, depending on whether you have a financing dept (or a partner who does), whether you need OPEX just on SPACE or on the devices / labor that SPACE manages as well, &c.
Hope that helps

Yup, it's for Junos Space.
So Perpetual Licensing is one-time cost, and Subscription Licensing is an annual recurring cost?

Exactly, yes, that's the difference.
