Windows NSM GUI fails to download schema

NSM GUI install went fine. Can login just fine and the client appears to go through everything just fine until it gets to the point of downloading the schema. It will just sit there for hours.

Using version NSM 2010.2 and downloading schema version 160

In the C:\Documents and Settings\username\.nsm\Schemas-NSM folder, it will never create the 160 folder.

If you're on Windows Vista or Windows 7, you'll need to make sure you run the NSM client as an administrator.

KB18111 specifies which fields to update in the XML config to get the schema to load.

It is on a Windows XP workstation and I do have local admin rights. All the info in that KB article were changed to those settings. It still did not work.

However, upgrading everything to 2010.4 solved the issue.

What values does 2010.4 have for memory limits? If they are the higher values, that would explain why it worked with the new version.

On the client side, I set the values the same as in the KB article above.
