Great quick intro to JUNOS scripting.  Commit scripts alone make it worth learning - stop those dangerous provisioning errors before they happen, automagically!

Possib ly of interest is a simple shell script (not xml but still pretty handy, imho) for automating many tasks in large Juniper networks which can be found here: http://weblog.chrisgrundemann.com/index.php/2009/push-ksh/
