Today we started our day by hearing from Kevin Johnson and what Juniper means when we say the New Network Means Business. Kevin's visionary presentation was followed by Bob Muglia and Stefan Dyckherhoff who shared with us Juniper's architectural differentiation in seven key domains.
Several announcements were made by Emilio Umeoka and how Juniper is transforming partnerships for the New Network. He announced the new Juniper Partner App, the Juniper Partner Advantage and the Partner Promotions Catalog.
Lauren Flaherty and Luanne Tierney took the stage next and both had two key messages - Juniper is driving demand for the New Network and providing you with new and innovative ways to impact and accelerate your sales. The announcement of the Juniper Marketing Concierge is one of the many proof points that we are committed to our partners success.
After lunch at THE Lounge we transitioned to Theater Breakouts. David Heeler (VP, MEME), Kevin Ackhurst (VP, APAC), and Frank Vitagliano (SVP, Americas) welcomed our partners to their respective geo sessions. Across all theaters one message was clear - Juniper has a strong momentum in the marketplace and we are committed to our partners. As Vince Molinaro stated, "partnering is a strategic imperative." Each theater acknowledged their partners with distinguished Partner of the Year awards - CONGRATULATIONS to all!!!
The Global Partner Conference was a great opportunity for Juniper executives to meet with many of our partners in 1:1 executive briefings, as did many members of the press and analyst community.
The evening concluded with an amazing spread of international fare, games, and one-of-a-kind libations - like the Juniper Burst.
