Network Connect Disconnects on a Dell E4200

I've got a problem with Network Connect disconnecting immediately after it starts on a Dell E4200. I can see nothing in the logs (client or appliance). Anyone seen this or got any ideas?

 

I've checked for the usual suspects like Bonjour but as far as I can see there is nothing unusually.

 

The big problem is it's the CEO's laptop so I need to fix it!
