Hmm - sounds like an access policy issue - any error messages? Does the actual web page get displayed? Did you try a policy trace? Did you check Resource Policies, Web Access Policy and see what you have defined for general web access?

off "rewrite links in PDF files" at the role under <user role> > Web>
Options> view advanced options> (scroll to bottom for PDF rewrite
setting). This setting was turned on by default and has been causing system errors
when accessing PDF files via the rewriter. Issue resolved in 6.1r3. Hope this helps.

We have similar problem.
On a web page, there are links to doc, pics etc. but the links are in form of \\server\share\doc.doc. This is not very efficient way to do it, but there's nothing I can do about it.
Anyway when selecting some doc, I get blank paga from SSLVPN: https://sslvpn.company.com/dana-cached/help/blank.
Any ideas how to proceed?

I think you will have to use some diplomacy and convince them to rewrite the links in the form of an http resource; otherwise, you can create a file bookmark to a location that contains the documents.
