How can upgrade the M series router Junos from different EEOL releases .

    HI all:

            I have the Junos version 8.5 of the M10i、M120 and M320 router, I want to upgrade from 8.5 to 11.4, i see junos-release-notes-11.4.pdf explain:

           

    In order to upgrade to Junos OS 10.0 or later, you must be running Junos OS 9.0S2, 9.1S1,
    9.2R4, 9.3R3, 9.4R3, 9.5R1,

     

        In The Upgrade Process:8.5->9.4->10.0->11.4

     

    But i haven't  the 10.0 version Install Package.

     

    I can't find 10.0 version Install Package on the www.juniper.net

     

    1、How can i upgrade from 8.5 to 11.4?  

     

    2、where can i download 10.0 version Install Package of the M series??

    You can request firmware from jtac
