Hi Guys,
I have an M10i router in our test lab. Someone has assigned a password, but I have asked around for it, no one knows. How do I reset the password? Is there a way to enter into the recovery mode like a CIsco device?
Any other method would be welcome. I havent found any reference to this in the Juniper documentation on website.

Hi Kevin,
You can find here the method to recover the root password:

Thanks for the answer, however, I have one more query. Will the same procedure work for the M10i as well?
Kevin.

All the steps are the same, except may be the step 12.
I am used to do this instead of enter "recovery":
# cd /usr/libexec/ui
# ./recovery-mode
