    Hi,


    Would any body please guide about the UP/Down flags in entries of ISIS database LSPs,


     

       IP prefix: 10.0.3.3/32                     Metric:        0 Internal Up
       IP prefix: 10.0.3.5/32                     Metric:       10 Internal Down

    this Down flag mean's that the 10.0.3.5/32 has leaking to anther level1 or level2
