L2tp to E320

Any one know how can i configure l2tp to BRAS initiate from PC ( windows) Windows configuration and BRAS configuration and authentication  done from Radius

I am not sure but i think the PC will not intiate L2tp it should be beween thhe LAC and The LNS and PPPoE between the CPE/PC if you have ADSL in ur PC  or  ( u can let the PC send PPPOE if you configure the CPE as bridge )

I can initiate l2tp from PC with and without IPSec but its didn't work , is there any specific configuration in BRAS to accept it
