  • 1.  MPLS label swapping

    Hello,

     

    I have created an RSVP session using vSRXs. I want to know if the following behaviour is allowed and if it is the default: Swapping the incoming MPLS label with the same outgoing label

     

    root@R3> show rsvp session transit
    Transit RSVP: 1 sessions
    To              From            State   Rt Style Labelin Labelout LSPname
    4.4.4.4         2.2.2.2         Up       0  1 FF  299776   299776 R2-to-R4

     

    The RSVP session was created using strict EROs (Explicit Route Objects)

    Hi George,

    It's simply a coincidence. As you are likely in a low-scale lab environment, the two routers happen to have assign the same label. Nothing prevents that from happening.
