Hi Experts
Can you answer me about questions below?
Regarding 802.1ad “Provider Bridge”, how many S-VLAN (Stacked VLAN) the MX equipment (MX 240 and 960) can handle, i.e:
• total number of SVLANs
• number of SVLANs per port
Regarding 802.1ad “Provider Bridge”, how many C-VLAN (Customer VLAN) the MX equipment (MX 240 and 960) can handle, i.e:
• total number of CVLANs
• number of CVLANs per port
Any document that can help me out with this will be helpful.
Thanks
Regards

The VLAN limit really depends on the MX IFL limit. Since the MX is a router (not a switch) we have massive scale for VLANs
What is the application/solution you are trying to provide? Scaling really depends on the application. Are you doing subscriber management or PBB?
