    Hi there,

I tried to use a j2350 (10.4) with 521M to aceept full internet feed, but it hangs after 10-20 seconds, is this because of memory limitation? How much more memory is advised?

    Apppx : 340k ipv4 route, 4k ipv6 route.

    Cheers.

We have a cloud provider planning two Internet connections and are being told that they need accept FULL routes to select the best path.

    (A) Is this a normal situation or overkill?

    (B) Also, they are want to do their BGP routing using Firelfly. and would like to serve multiple FW instances to support different clients. Seems like alot to do in one server even if (A) is okay. Shouldn't they look at a real router MX?

    (C) Does Juniper support anything like the old RouteScience  or Cisco's OER (optimized edge routing) to make a decsion based on metrics like performance, jitter, etc. to take brownouts into consideration. .We've seen that RPM can be used to look at the next hop, but is there anything else?

    Any guidance would be appreciated.
