Can you post your "show system services" output? Have you restarted the router? Did you examing the console log during the boot process?

    HI,

look like you are running the WorldWide version of Junos. This version does not have encryption. If you need / want to use

use ssh. an upgrade to a domestic version of Junos.

Please paste the outpuf of show version in this thread.

    Hi,

As Marc has already noticed, this does look like a worldwide release rather than a domestic version.

The following KB describes the situation that you are encountering.  http://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB9690&actp=search

    Regards,

    Andy

    HI,

yes you are running the worldwide version without encryption.

See below the link for the latest 13.3 version

    https://webdownload.juniper.net/swdl/dl/secure/site/1/record/60311.html

The Junos “Domestic” OS (US/Canada) is available for Worldwide usage except selected regions (See TSB16657 for details) and starting 15.1, it will simply be called “Junos”. To download release 15.1, select “Junos” from the Type/OS menu on your product Software Download Page.

    Hope this helps
