PPPOE client

Dear, Please anyone help me to configure our Netscreen 50 as PPPoE client to connect to the internet. Presently i have a small router connecting to the internet and i want to replace with Netscreen 50.

I configured Ethernet 1 ---> trust---->NAT----> 10.0.0.202/32

                       Ethernet 3----> Untrust---> obtain ip through PPPOE

PPPOE settings are configured with username and password

When i say connect it is trying to intializing and then closing and the error i get is " PPPOE connection failed to establish a session, Timeout PADI"

Please anyone help.

Is the dsl modem you are connecting to on ethernet 3 set into bridge mode?

I've seen this type of error when the modem is not fully bridged to the dsl network.
