Need your expertise regarding my problem. Currently our network is point-to-point network P --->PE router. The problem is the input traffic display at interface PE not match with Output interface at P router. FYI it's happen at all interface input PE router . Is it normal or something wrong. Just additional information our user don't complain about performance network. So it's very2 weird. I already open JTAC case 2011-0920-1061 and still waiting feedback. Hopefully someone in this forum can help me.
P Router = MX960
PE Router MX480
Junos Version 10.0 R3
P-Router> show interfaces ge-0/0/6 | match rate
Input rate : 63623408 bps (34920 pps)
Output rate : 310916416 bps (41093 pps)
PE-Router> show interfaces ge-0/0/6 | match rate
Input rate : 23184 bps (32 pps)
Output rate : 67465808 bps (35623 pps)

if you are using DPC type FPC, and vrf-table-label in your routing-instances, then that explains it. You should not see the issue with 10GE ports on DPC or ports on MPC.
Have you tried with vt- interfaces under the routing-instance?
That's why i was asking about your HW.

This might help:
"When you configure the vrf-table-label statement, MPLS packets with label-switched interface (LSI) labels that arrive on core-facing ATM or Frame Relay interfaces, or on aggregated Ethernet interfaces configured with VLANs or Ethernet interfaces configured with VLANs, are not counted at the logical interface level."
