  • 1.  how to display dns name for ospf neighbor on Juniper MX480

    Hi Gurus,

     

    we are running MX480 (2 locations) and multiple ex-4200 are running ospf neighbors with MX480.

    OSPF is up and running but when I am giving a command "show ospf neighbor", on MX it gives me IP address of all connected and UP ospf neighbors. 

    is it possible to show all ospf neighbors as their dns name entry instead of IP addresses.

     

    I know in Cisco world, if we configure ip host router name and router id with ip ospf name-lookup command, we can see name of all ospf neigbors

    hi,

    you can use show ospf neighbor | resolve to check DNS user .
