            traffic-engineering;

    Hello,

    Short answer is it enables processing of OSPF LSA Type 10 and creates TED (traffic engineering database).

    When you enable ospf  traffic-engineering, OSPF will generate LSAs that carry traffic engineering parameters.

    Router builds TED according to these parameters and  TED is used by Constrained Shortest Path First (CSPF) to compute MPLS LSPs.

    OSPF database is used by SPF to calculate the best IGP routes.

    You can check the TED by " show ted database"

    only if cspf is enbaled in rsvp,this ospf    traffic-engineering will play a part ,right?

    if no cspf under rsvp,this config is useless,right?

    Yes. You are correct. TED is used by CSPF.

    If you don't have CSPF configured for LSPs, then TED is not used.
