Hi, i am new to Juniper but right now i had facing some issue that my juniper J2320 router need to disable the serial and enable back to bring back the line. I suspect that the port will hang after some prolong usage or something similar. Is that any method to verify this issue? This issue will happen once every 3 to 4 weeks.

Didn't you raise a TAC case for the problem?
Or can you found any logs related to the interface by "show log chassisd" or "show log messages"?

Hi Jacky, i haven't raise this issue to JTAC cause i need to verify is that my configuration that cause this problem.
What can i see from the "show log chassis" or "show log messages"? Sorry for my knowledge since i was quite new to networking. thanks

The symptom seems like a hardware fault more than configuration issue.
You can check the router logging thru these commands to see where any errors or abnormal on the hardware chassis and system.
