how i can see the real time traffic flow ( Netflow ) on the routers something like Cisco

" Show ip cache Flow  " output

Try "show services accounting flow-detail" (maybe with "terse" option).

buti didn't see any output of this command , is there any configration to be done first to enable the "netflow "

like in cisco you have to enable the netflow in the interface first

Sorry I thought you already have sampling configured.

On Juniper router, to do sampling you will need an extra hardware module
(e.g. AS or MS PIC). Here is an example configuration

You can also do RE-based sampling (no extra hardware needed), but in this case
the performance of such sampling is constrained. You can write sampling records to
a file, see

Then you can watch the file for the flow records.

Can the same configured in switches...
