Authentication failure: Firewall is out of license

SRX 210 with junos 10.4r3.4 and VPN client junos pulse, have been  facing problem from some days, Authentication failure: Firewall is out of license,  even I am using only two user.

This may be because 2 users are already connected  , you can check that using :

SRX>show security ike active-peer

You can try the below :

SRX>restart ipsec-key-management

and/or

SRX>clear secuyrity dynamic-vpn
