hi

 

I have my 240's clustered and the HA light is green!!

 

I have created a reth and redundancy group etc and when I pull the cable from node 0 it failsover to node1.

 

I have bound two gig interfaces to reth1 and given reth1 an IP in the trust zone.

 

but I cant ping it or get onto the web interface?

 

my config is attached.

 

any ideas as it must be somethign really dumb.

 

junos 10.0

Hi,

 

On the SRX240 ge-0/0/0 is dedicated as management port - fxp0  (ge-0/0/1 is control port - fxp1). Try to use other interface for the reth1.
