  • 1.  Can not turn on the srx router , power button dont work ?

    Hello friends ... well this is the situation.

    I bought a juniper sxr240 dc version.

    I take the router out from the box, then I connected the power supply cables.

    Power supply  is a Huawei rectifier that provides -53vcc.

    Leds on  rear side  are steady in red color (for A and B input) , wich mean that power is ok.

     

    Eventhough I can not turn on the router , power button doesnot respond.

    Well ... is it possible Im missing something ?, I already read the documentation but there is nothing wrong with my preceadure.

    Any help will be preciated, thanks.

    Very simple ... 

    Diagnostic: router was broken from factory.
    Action: Reeplace for a new unit.
