  • 1.  Connection Rate Limits / Max Limits / per IP Speed Limit

    There seems to be some debate per policy based per ip speed limits.  For example, we would like to apply a policer to our HTTP policy that restricts each client from exeeding a certain speed after a burst.  Also, we would like to limit each client to a max number of connections as well as a max number of connections per second.

     

    Can we do this with our SRX240s?  There seems to be a lot of conflicting informations in forums about this.

    Hi ,

     

    I think , to limit each client to a max number of connections, you may use screen options "limit-session source-ip-based/destination-ip-based" .
