  • 1.  Destination NAT on Dynamic Untrut IP?

    Hi Experts

     

    I have SRX240 with ADSL line (dynamic IP). Is there any possibility to confiugre the destination NAT on the ADSL interface (dynamic IP) like Screen OS? I have configred the dyndns on SRX and users are hitting the SRX using hostname of ADSL interface IP.

    Try using 0.0.0.0/0 on the Destination NAT rule.  This will basically enable it on the interface

    Thanks for the reply. I will give a try to this. Just one more question that if destination-nat rule is from "Untrust" zone and this zone has more than one interfaces then destination-nat 0/0 will take IP of which interface.

    I would be cautious doing that -- that's going to affect all the traffic, including traffic which is supposed to be coming into the device itself such as VPN terminations, etc.
