    thnx mr kronicklez...and mr astuto...

it worked ...i cleared space by

    system storage cleanup....

although it took a long time in downgradation/new installation...dont know why so long than routine new installation...

    however it worked...

    thanks both of u..

and does storage cleanup cleans all logs...as it happened to me....

in this way , i guess we need to save logs first before doing this activity else if problem some other problem persists, one will not b able to get anything from logs(as this comand deletes all log files)

    i hope i m correct

While downgrading it can sometimes be useful to skip  the validate  by adding the "no-validate" option.

Added it here in the hope that it maybe useful to someone.

cli> request system software add ?

    Possible completions:
    ...

<package-name> URL or pathname of package

no-copy Don't save copies of package files
no-validate Don't check compatibility with current configuration
partition Format and re-partition the media before installation
reboot Reboot system after adding package
unlink Remove the package after successful installation
