How can I erase the SRX flash memory. I go to the boot load and input erase but fail and detail is as follows

What exactly are you trying to acheive? Make a brick of an SRX box?
To erase everything and get back to factory state, you can use operation command
request system zeroize

Thanks for your suggestion. What I do is want to erase everything in the flash including configuration , logs and software image just like cisco erase flash.
