Re: Failover because of failed fxp0?

Hello,

I experienced the same pb , when I lost both control and Fabric link on my cluster both node 0 and node 1 went to primary state , but node1 was unreachabble via fxp0 ! When I connect to it though console fxp0 seems to be up !

Any explanation please ?

I'm running Junos 10.4 R9.2 on SRX560

Hi

When node 1 goes to primary state then routing deamon starts on it. When routing deamon is enabled on the node, you cannot reach the fxp0 interface subnet (if your subnet is different) using back-up router statement.
