  • 1.  IPS inspection for IPSEC traffic

    Hello Folks

     

    There is IPSEC VPN tunnel between HQ SRX and branch office netscreen firewalls. I want to enable IPS inspection on HQ SRX for IPSEC traffic. Is it possible we can enable IPSEC and IPS at the same time in policy?

    Hi aeroplane,

     

    As long as you are using route-based IPSEC tunnels, IPS should work just fine.

    Thanks. So for route based VPN, we can apply the IPS policies on IPSEC traffic as well?
