  • 1.  IPv6 over IPv4 IPsec tunnel possible????

    Hi there,

    I've been given a project to roll out IPv6 to our companys remote offices. This is fine for MPLS connected office, I just create an IPv4 GRE tunnel and push IPv6 traffic across it with OSPFv3.

     

    However we have some offices that only have an internet connection and connectivity into the corporate LAN via site to site IPsec vpn ( IPv4 ) using the srx240.

     

    Any suggestions on how I could roll out IPv6 to these sites?

     

    Could I ride IPv6 over the current IPsec tunnel?

    You could try GRE over your IPsec tunnel.

     

    There is an example in this thread., and a KB article that should help.
