Is 'Filter-base-Forwarding' feature can be use for 'Policy base routing' ?

I have multi ISP link on SRX and want to contorl engress traffic to use different ISP link by some condition（ex. service or source ip....）, Is SRX also can do it sams as M-series Router ?（I'm find can't set 'rip-groups' on SRX...）

Yes, you can do it, I had a config example from an SRX but I can't find it now, AFAIK it's the same as M series config.
