Can I please ask how many ways there are to achieve this?.

    RPM and/or FBF...

any other options avoiding dynamic RPs ?

All traffic from data/voice network goto DC1, but if VPN endpoint IP dies then route to DC2

If you are using site to site VPN with Routed mode you can use two static route with different preference value for DC1 and DC2 tunnels, the tunnel with lower static route preference will carry all the traffic, if this tunnel went down this route will be remove from the routing table and the other tunnel will carry the traffic at that time............

    Makes sense. floating statics 🙂

The design requirments in this case must monitor specific addresses. We want to 'track' IPs few hops further down into the DC network environments.

    Cheers : )
