    does anyone know how much an Appsecure license costs?

    and how much an IDP license cost?

     

    can we use AppSecure to block Viber? if yes, please share the configuration.

    You'll have to contact your Juniper partner for subscription pricing. There are 1, 3 and 5 year options for both IDP and AppSecure (which includes IDP), and you'll need to license both members of the chassis cluster.

     

    As for bocking Viber, that certainly looks possible using an AppFW rulebase, the applications Messaging:Instant-Messaging:VIBER-TCP and Messaging:Instant-Messaging:VIBER-UDP both appear in the application signatures list (http://services.netscreen.com/documentation/applications/).

    thank you for your support. so now on  my juniper srx3400 that run Junos OS, I can definetly block viber using appFW rulebase.
